Tanz und Bewegung aus der Perspektive von Körperpolitik, dark Ecology und Choreodisziplinierung

A collaboration with Alina Belyagina on a research in movement around the themes of ‘vulnerability’ taking inspiration and basic ideas from Greek mythology and folklore about the vulnerability of the body. The lesson is not only that invulnerability cannot be absolute, but also that not every experience leads to vulnerability.

During the initial residency at SEANSE Volda in June 2023, they began researching by creating initial sounds and movements. In just 3 days, they crafted a 20-minute performance featuring a poem about Achilles, an ancient Greek god, complemented by orchestral and electronic compositions. The project will be developed during several residencies in collaboration with three additional dancers and a scenographer.
